Regenerate Retreats
Recharge yourself. Connect with peers. Redefine what’s possible.

An elixir to Business-as-Usual (BAU)
BAU: the system in which we live. We need to meet its everyday demands, but, like nature, we are not built for the conventions we’ve created. Chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and mental health challenges - all symptoms of our consistent striving to be a puzzle piece in the J Curve.
But, the system isn’t going anywhere nor changing anytime soon. We need to work with it, and honour our obligations as founders, innovators, changemakers, and investors, while finding ways to do things differently. Our hypothesis is this: start with what we can change, and the thing that’s usually left last on our to-do list > looking after ourselves.
Every one of us in innovation knows this process - for us to ‘solve a problem’, we can’t do so with the same mindset that created it. We need to be open to thinking differently, find the root cause, and explore solutions that we may not have expected to be the answer.
If better supporting yourself to meet the demands of your work and life resonates with you, I would love to invite you to our Regenerate Retreats: regular moments to check-in with nature, elevate how we nurture ourselves, our businesses and our visions, and be inspired by what we find along the way.
Regenerate Retreats are not a program, accelerator, or thing that’s going to take up more of your 9 - 5 time.
We know excess time is not what you have. We know you need spaciousness, and a moment to slow down, while being supported in your work.
This is your invitation to:
Quarterly immersive weekends that include space, reflection, connection and opportunities to uplevel - in business and in life - inspired by and held in rhythm with nature.
Join us once-off or each quarter, stay where you want to, and be there for as long as you like, guided by your own needs.
A moment to pause at key times in the year to listen to what nature is calling us towards, even when our P&Ls might be demanding a different story.
Feel into what it means to support yourself in a cyclical way, while still meeting the needs of work and life.
The Retreats will be facilitated by Ashleigh Camm, with special guests throughout.
What you’ll receive, again and again:
A deeper connection to yourself, your creativity, and your vision;
Wisdom of the cycles of nature, and how we can know ourselves more deeply through them and learn to work with them;
Ways to elevate your approach to leadership and business, and enrich your ways of working; and,
Lots of nature, nourishment, expansion and like-minded community.

“There must be a lot of people missing out on what they need to survive in order for the economy to grow, or in order for anything to have value...”
