Regenerate Retreats

Recharge yourself. Connect with peers. Redefine what’s possible.

An elixir to Business-as-Usual (BAU)

BAU: the system in which we live and work. We need to meet its everyday demands, but, like nature, we are not built for the tempos, conventions and approaches we’ve created.

While many of us are exploring ways to change this, changing a system is a long-term effort, and it’s not changing anytime soon. We still need to work with it, and meet our obligations as founders, operators, innovators, changemakers, and investors, while finding ways to do things differently - both in our work, and for ourselves.

The hypothesis we’re working with is this: start first with what we can change, and the thing that’s usually left last on our to-do list > ourselves.

What would happen if we recognised ourselves as a cyclical living system trying to operate in a linear world? How would we do things differently?

As innovators, we know that finding new solutions requires a shift in perspective. To solve a problem, we must approach it from a new mindset, unearth the root causes, and consider unexpected solutions.

If exploring how you might better support yourself to meet your work and your life resonates with you, we would love to invite you to our Regenerate Retreats: regular moments to check-in with nature, elevate how we lead ourselves, our businesses and our visions, and be inspired by what we find along the way.

Our Regenerate Retreats are designed to give you a moment to strategically pause, review and reset, in your life and work.

This is your invitation to:

Immersive weekends in nature that include time for space, reflection, and connection, with opportunities to uplevel in business and in life.

Work with our Regenerative Growth Cycle framework to learn more about our natural rhythms and what that can mean for how we lead, create, and work.

Cultivate ways to support yourself and those you lead in a more regenerative way, building capacity for wellbeing while still meeting the needs of your work and life.

Be supported year-round in an ongoing seasonal journey with like-minded community.

The Retreats will be facilitated by Ashleigh Camm, with special guests throughout.

What you’ll receive from these retreats, again and again:

  • A deeper connection to yourself, your wellbeing, your creativity, and your vision;

  • Wisdom of the regenerative cycles of nature, and how we can know ourselves more deeply through them and learn to work with them;

  • Ways to elevate your approach to leadership and business, and enrich your ways of working;

  • The opportunity to strategically review and revise your roadmap to better support yourself and your work; and,

  • Lots of nature, nourishment, expansion and like-minded community.

FAQs - all your questions answered

1. What are the Regenerate Retreats?

Immersive weekends that encompass time for reflection, connection and opportunities to uplevel - in business and in life - inspired by nature. You can join us once-off or every quarter, stay where you want to, and be there for as long as you like, guided by your own needs.

To make our pricing as accessible as possible, our retreats do not include accommodation, breakfasts, or any expenses related to the Welcome Dinners. The pricing does include lunch, snacks, tea, coffee, water and juices for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as dinner on Saturday. All will be as locally sourced, organic and regenerative as possible.

Retreats are held at key times in the year to listen to what nature is calling us towards, usually around the solstices and equinoxes.

2. Who are they for?

Those in the innovation ecosystem - be that startup founders/operators and service providers, corporate innovators, investors and philanthropists. Plus, those seeking to get into innovation too.

3. What will I receive from these Retreats?

We expect you’ll receive so much, and specifically:

  • A deeper connection to yourself, your wellbeing, your creativity, and your vision;

  • Wisdom of the regenerative cycles of nature, and how we can know ourselves more deeply through them and learn to work with them;

  • Ways to elevate your approach to leadership and business, and enrich your ways of working;

  • The opportunity to strategically review and revise your roadmap to better support yourself and your work; and,

  • Lots of nature, nourishment, expansion and like-minded community.

Plus, you’ll have the option to join the Future Within Slack Community to stay connected throughout the year.

4. How much does it cost?

The Retreats are $550 per person, inclusive of GST. Per above, the price does do not include accommodation, breakfasts, or any expenses related to the Welcome Dinners. The price does include lunch, snacks, tea, coffee, water and juices for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as dinner on Saturday. All will be as locally sourced, organic and regenerative as possible.

5. Where will the Retreats be held?

The main location of the Retreats will be:

The Revillaging Project, 182 Browns Rd, Boneo, on the Mornington Peninsula.

There will be Welcome Dinners that will vary in location, and we’ll let you know about these in advance.

6. Can I book my team into the Retreats, and do you have group pricing?

Yes, and this is a great idea. Please contact Ashleigh to share the details and for our group pricing discount.

7. Will we be doing “work” over the Retreat?

How you use the time and tools shared over the Retreat is totally up to you. We will be learning the Regenerative Growth Cycle framework that can be applied to life and work, with the opportunity to:

  • Strategically review where you, and/or your team, and/or your business/work is now, based on the cycle;

  • Reflect on your learnings; and,

  • Revise your roadmap going forward, leaving the Retreat with a tangible action plan, if you choose to create this.

You could use the Regenerative Growth Cycle framework and our time on the Retreat to work on your approach to your leadership in your organisation, and/or your strategic business planning, and/or the way you might structure your team engagement. Alternatively, you could use it holistically for yourself to assess how you might better support yourself in your life and in your work.

The best thing is, no matter how you use it, it is designed to benefit you both in life and work, and will likely keep generating insights long after the Retreat ends.

8. What should you bring with you to the Retreat days?

Please bring with you:

  • Reusable keep cup for coffee/tea/drinks;

  • Water bottle;

  • Laptop, notebook/journal and pens, plus anything else you might like to use when creatively working;

  • Clothes for all kinds of weather, including wet weather gear and waterproof shoes; and,

  • Anything you will personally need during our time together.

9. What happens if the Retreat needs to be re-scheduled by the organiser?

In the unlikely event that the Retreat needs to be re-scheduled by the organiser due to an unexpected circumstance, we will reschedule the Retreat to a new date and advise you of this via email as soon as possible. If you can no longer attend that date, we will provide you with a full refund.

10. If my circumstances change and I can no longer attend the Retreat, can I get a refund?

If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend a Retreat, and it is more than 30 days ahead of the Retreat commencing, and provided we can fill your space with our waiting list, we will fill your space and provide you with a refund of what you had paid to date, less a Change Fee of $50 to compensate for the additional work required to re-fill your place.

If you find you can no longer attend the Program within 30 days of commencement of the Retreat, we will only be able to refund what you had paid if we do have a waitlist at that time, less the Change Fee above. If you find that you would like to do a Retreat at a later date and would like to move your place until then, we can certainly accommodate this.
