Nature Club
Inspirational days in nature for those in innovation

Space to spend time in nature, recharge ourselves, and connect with like-minded peers. Good things come from this*.
The kind of great people you’ll find in Nature Club:
Simone Pianko - past Head of Australia, Terra.do
Justin Mayne - Community Management at Sanders Place

Nature Club is a space to get outside with those we work with. Think days spent on regenerative farms, hiking tracks along rugged coastlines, or watching whales breach as they migrate.
Out there, away from our screens and the pace of our weeks, the air feels different, our minds settle, and the way forward often becomes a little clearer. And, doing it with other great humans is just the best.
Our days are inclusive, openly structured, and designed for all levels of experience. You might finish the day with mud on your shoes and some great new connections to support you in work and life.

Why I’m here for this
From our founder & Nature Club’s facilitator, Ashleigh Camm
If we’ve not met before - and you’ve never been subjected to my instagram - I’d love to briefly share why I’m here for this.
*** TLDR: I love nature, innovation and human potential - and you’re in safe, caring and expansive hands. This will not be something you’ve likely experienced before. Come for one day, or join us on an upcoming retreat. ***
Nature has always been a love of my life, and I was lucky my resonance with it came naturally to me from growing up between urban and rural areas, riding horses, and exploring bushland, beaches, and tracks often.
When life evolved to gruelling working hours in the city, I recognised what less nature in my life meant for me, and what our system was incentivising - less groundedness, greater anxiety, not as much creative spaciousness, less overall nervous system regulation - and I knew I needed to reconnect to what nourished and inspired me in a more conscious way, and that this was a much bigger problem than for just me too.
There’s much more to this story, but after living in Sydney, London, and most recently Byron Bay, I’ve been in Melbourne for c. 2.5 years and have been slowly learning and exploring this new land to find my natural - and nature - rhythm on Kulin country.
I could have easily joined any nature conservancy or exploring club - and shout out to Amble Outdoors - we love you Rhianna! (Check out Amble’s Hike Club here). But what I wanted to hold space for, in addition to a beautiful hike or frolic in the ocean, was regular nature time with people in the same field - innovation - and letting the mycelium of our group merge together for exponential benefits for us, our lives, and our work.
Even if we’re not fully there yet, the reality is many of us are tasked with innovating to achieve a greater respect for and alignment with nature, so why not spend more time with her, and let her teach us and regenerate us in the process.
And, while transactional interactions can certainly spark inspiration, nature is not transactional - she is reciprocal. Reciprocity means a meaningful and harmonic natural flow of giving and receiving, in contrast to our current linear extractive systems, which also extend to how we treat ourselves. So while we’d love you to participate in our designated community days and retreats in isolation, the invitation will be there to join these days and retreats ongoing, for regular connection points to nourish yourself and your relationships within the group, and see what emerges from there.
And as always in innovation, we’re testing and learning - so if you’re interested to explore what this will mean for you or have any ideas, please drop me a line below, and I’m so looking forward to seeing/meeting you.
Much gratitude,
Ashleigh

-
A facilitated and free-form community for innovators seeking to consciously connect with nature.
Our free Nature Club community days are expansively facilitated days IRL on regenerative farms, hiking tracks across rugged coastlines, or watching whales breach as they migrate.
While we’ll generally be activity-focused, there’ll be time for you to tune into nature at your own pace, as well as the meaningful connections that you’ll be building within the community.
In between these times we’ll be holding our seasonal Regenerate Retreats, to amplify your time to tune into you, and have the spaciousness to reflect and recalibrate, to focus on what truly matters.
Expect to recharge yourself, connect with amazing peers, and redefine what’s possible, in all facets of life.

Our community days are held over a day or half-day, approximately 3 - 4 times a year, and in flow with the seasons that we're in. While we’ll start in Victoria, we also might explore elsewhere too - think Byron Bay (NSW), Sunshine Coast (QLD), Blue Mountains (NSW), and Tasmania.
Our seasonal Regenerate Retreats will be held 4 times a year around the solstices/equinoxes.
-
For leaders in innovation who want to have time for themselves, explore nature, and connect with like-valued people.
You could be a startup founder/operator, service provider, corporate innovator, investor or philanthropist, and more.
At this stage our community days and retreats will be for those happy to do solo time, but we’ll be working out how to do family community days in future.
-
Our community days are free and always will be. The only costs will be for you to do the activities we’re exploring, including your own transport, meals, any ticket prices, etc. Essentially it’s like a big friends trip, but where everything is organised in advance, and you just need to turn up and receive all the goodness.
Our seasonal retreats are priced accessibly, exclusive of accommodation for flexibility.
Consistent with all of what we’re aiming for here, even though we will be organising this and holding spaces throughout our days, by coming on these community days and retreats you agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and safety, and govern what you would like to do.
