This can be a very individual journey that can shift our foundations and transform our lives. As someone who has been there and who consistently walks this path too, Ashleigh’s aim is to create a supportive space and resource for those taking these steps for themselves.

The shape of our engagements:
A blend of science-backed tools, strategy, commercial insight, innovation principles, nature-based wisdom, energy work, and lived leadership experience, to meet you in the moment
Can be coaching only, or a mix of mentoring and coaching - to be agreed before we start
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly 1:1 sessions online (60 minutes)
Optional between-session moments for reflection and support
Regenerative tools to work with in your own time
Time commitment:
We can work together to tailor a program for you, whether that be a single session, or a series of sessions over a given time period
Single session fees from $160 AUD (incl. GST) for coaching only. This fee will be higher for mentoring and coaching
A personal note
Even before I came to coaching, I’ve always said that the only thing I really do in anything is hold a space to be present with someone, to see them fully, and reflect back to them all the gifts and potential I witness. That is what this coaching space is - someone to be there for you, to help you explore who you are and who you might be becoming, how you can show up for yourself and others, and move in the direction that you really want to go. This could be as you take the next step in your career, as you start to plan out how you might change your career, or as you think about starting your own business/startup.
It’s one of my favourite things to do, and I’ve had to hold this space for myself many times over. I’ve not had a linear career (though sometimes I wish I had done) but it’s meant I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working across a very broad range, from corporate roles, investment banking, and supporting leaders, management teams and boards, to working for a billionaire CEO founder, and with impact and non-impact investors, on everything from strategy, deals, innovation, governance, and communications, and more.
Throughout all of this I’ve followed my intuition, values and desires to co-create the next step. I’ve witnessed life reveal to me what the next step might be, when I might not be able to see it for myself. It’s meant a winding path where I’ve collected the many skills and experiences I have today, and a vision which I would not have been able to fathom if I’d stayed in my linear lane.
In this expansion process I’ve had to cultivate courage, trust, confidence, resilience, tenacity, and a proactive determination and drive to keep to ‘the’ path. I’ve had to take different turns, change things, or start again from zero more times than I ever expected I would in my entire life, and I’m only really halfway. And while I have cultivated these skills and the courage to do hard things and embrace change, there is light and shadow in all of this too - it’s about learning and knowing when it’s working for me and when it’s not, and what to do from there.
While I’ve learned so much about myself and life over the years, I’ll still be learning until I am no longer here. What has been the most powerful resource for me over this time has been the opportunity to reflect, and to be held in that reflection, to witness myself through my experiences and learn from them. You learn so much, and it can help to build a stronger foundation to grow from, with the knowing that you can do it or get through it again, even if you don’t want to. This is what coaching, and my coaching, is - the space to reflect and to recognise that you have everything you need already within, while someone is supporting you in the process.

Ashleigh is currently studying Thought Conductor® Certified Coach 'Whole Team' Training - an ICF Level 2 Accredited Program from Thought Coach. Ashleigh is also a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner trained by Martine Salerno of Blue Angel Reiki Centre.
